Inkfloww (“we”, “us”) is a software service that lets independent tattoo artists run an AI-powered booking link. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide a hosted application for receiving booking inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting deposits, and managing client communication. Features may evolve. We may add, change, or remove features without prior notice when reasonable, but we will not materially degrade paid functionality without notice.

You are responsible for your account, your booking link content, the accuracy of information shared with clients, and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction (including health, sanitation, age-of-consent and licensing requirements for tattooing).

Do not use Inkfloww to harass clients, spam, send malware, infringe third-party rights, or process bookings that would be illegal where you operate. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the AI chat (prompt-injection attempts, automated scraping, runaway usage).

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods. Deposits collected from your clients flow through Stripe Connect to your own Stripe account — we are not a party to that transaction and refund policy is set by you.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of bookings, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
